    • Directed an internal payment tool integrated with several banks and Midtrans, replacing SWIFT and saving IDR ~1B annually.
    • Managed multiple internal tools, including 360 Performance Assessment and Workplace Management, achieving cost savings of IDR ~5B.
    • Led a company-wide Asset Management system integrated with SAP and Coupa, saving 165 mandays annually.
